Ever since I joined this forum I have said these imos are handing out contracts to people that are doing the exact thing they have always preached against. I said it about FEX originally because at the time they did most of the bashing but now with EFES basically coming out and saying "we have no control over what goes on down below" I'd like to address how hypocritical this forum is.

The forum in 2015-2016 was a bleak place. More entertaining and toxic. I loved it. Anything that didn't include -
- street level
- best training
- fresh unworked leads
- gotta use this company or you will fail!
Was blasted to hell. Anything

I always tried to play devils advocate originally, to test my own logic. I love reading my ideas being churned around. It allows me to formulate rebuttals and modify my viewpoints if I find out I'm wrong (I was very wrong about phone sales).

I guess I'm sitting here reading about these people doing things they were adamantly against 2-3 years ago. I have had pm conversations with nearly every person on here being recruited like crazy before they realized I'm a dumb troll and to see these mind warps catering to their new ways of life cracks me up. Like how can you get on a forum and tell people you have to have 120 pt contracts and fresh leads but in reality you have an agency under you giving out 50-70pts doing the "building" thing. How can you call entire agencies shit when you don't have control nor the knowledge of what's happening at the bottom of your totem pole either?

I have no point other than if I was to give advice I would say things change and being 100 percent one way or the other nearly always makes you look dumb.

It is a money thing... They say you have to give agents the 120% until someone comes along and says we can give you X million in premium but we start agent s at 50%.. They say OK... Money often changes ones way of thinking..

I don't know if I would ever personally take that risk. But we have a downline agency that does.

He gives out 60% and not only free fresh mortgage protection leads, but then he runs a cal center and sets the appointments for the agents.

As they produce, he ramps them up.

He and his wife were very wealthy from real estate before getting into insurance. The guys smart as a whip. Like a masters in Engineering.
