Transfer Guru is a decent service. Their data could be filtered a little better, but they do provide what they say they do.

I caught a deal about a year ago where transfers were 1/2 price. My ROI was something like 4-1.

4 to 1 is great in any type of business. I see ROI's from 3 to 1 up to 10 to 1 - just depends on the lead, the seller and even luck . . .

The average is 4 to 1 though.

Been testing using a dialer to generate leads via voice mail. It's working MUCH MUCH better than Live transfers or Pre-Screens.

Maybe Rick is just easy to please!

Can you explain why voice mail leads are better? Does the ROI climb to a respectable 7:1?
