Trump’s DOJ Takes Surprising Stance on Agent and Broker Payments in MA

While bidentards like you celebrated his brilliant recording all contact regulations and almost zero commission increases during his hapless four years pooping on us and himself
What a predictable response from a certified simp. If all you beta boys would stop bending over for trump and co. you might begin to understand that for the most part, we have a uniparty, especially when it comes to the economy. I loathe Biden nearly as much as Trump/Musk. I've never been conned by a neoliberal or a magat. I can guarantee you the vast majority of Americans will not economically benefit from anything dumpy and his co-prez Rain Man do. Quite the opposite.

They're going after fraud, waste, and abuse. Payments to licensed and rigorously trained small-business-owner insurance brokers/advisors, who help senior citizens navigate a confusing Medicare landscape, is not fraud, waste, or abuse.

Come on man, trump was known for stiffing his hard working, trained and licensed small business owners contactors on his real estate deals.

"When someone tells you who he is, you should believe him."

what's with you the democrat simp? All you d simps do is post nonstop bilge about trump almost none of which comes to fruition or affects agents. Never do the d simps like you ever criticize true democrat harms to our industry like the massive commission cuts they instituted in 2008 nor the numerous marketing restrictions they have handcuffed agents with over their many awful years in charge.

Why do you think they're coming after commissions? There's a lot more money that can be cut. Allllllll the soft money and a bunch of overrides.
Cuz AI doesn't require commissions, benefits or even lunch breaks. Elon loves it that way.

yeah but i thought trump and president musk are all about helping the little guy like small business owning insurance brokers who earn commissions from health plans that get funded by government contracts.? they gotta know that insurance agents and agency owners are mostly republican leaning right?I trust them to do the right thing by us because darn it trump and musk are just so dam trustworty.lol

I just wrote about this, if you read the lawsuit filing, you can see that this issue is very much back on the table
One can only hope this happens. FMO's threw agents under the bus last year. Don't think agents are going to cry if this happens.

Agents are also mentioned in the filing unless I am missing something here..

"Put plainly, the Medicare statute does not leave the government—not to mention Medicare beneficiaries and taxpayers—helpless to only watch as agents, brokers, and other marketers siphon limited government health care dollars into administrative fees without regard to the impact on the information agents and brokers provide to Medicare beneficiaries. The statute instead authorizes—and, indeed, requires—the agency to take action to prevent this. This Court should therefore reject Plaintiffs' efforts to rewrite the law, and should grant summary judgment to the agency."
