Well Stank, while the others are kickin you azz, I might as well go ahead and pile on too. Odds are pretty good that your 74 yo doesn't have Type 1 Diabetes. A common misnomer is that if someone is taking insulin via injection that they are Type 1 Diabetic. Injections have nothing to do with it as it is all about when they were diagnosed with Diabetes and children diagnosed are Type 1, all others, or later onset, are Type II.

Since this is the FE forum, most of that may not be necessary. Although height and weight could be useful.

Open mouth, insert foot.
This is exactly what an upline is for. Someone is getting override off your production, make them earn it.
Also, you haven't given enough information to get a good answer. It really isn't that hard to answer once you know the question.
