UHC to Extend MA Renewal Commissions

Good to see you have a good line of communication with your ICA SUPV.
It will be interesting to see if we hear the same thing or IF we ever hear about that from our ICA SUPV.
 
Is this allowed? I don't sell MA plans anymore, so, I've not kept up with the workings so much. I was of the understanding that MIPPA limited commissions to 6 years.

Was that not the case or has it changed?

The devil is in the details. It has to be for at least 6 years. I believe they could actually pay a higher commission on year 7. So 400/203/207/212/215/220/450, something like that if they wanted too.
