I have a female agent that does very well networking within the Rainbow Chambers of Commerce in Northern CA. As a group, they are much healthier and wealthier than the average. Usually dual professional incomes with no kids. As a group, they are great clients that pay on time and are easy to work with.

If people hit on you =you reward them with a burger and fries?

also a little shake with that burger and fries

when my wife worked on wallstreet her appt was at 52 and 8th... all the lunch, haircut and stuff was one street over, on 9th ave... the new NYC gay area... i hated being over there by myself... i got harrased and hit on every time, just to get a burger and fries
