how can a person up grade there home with out supplys around the home. I was cancled for that reason. Underwriters must be idiots or they no more than remodlers do. the ins. company is formost ins nice people right

Underwriters are good, but it's not their fault for the guidelines of the company.
So you were cancelled for remodeling your house, what's the extent of the remodel? Some carriers don't mind the remodel unless you are doing structural work. Some don't want it. Find your agent, talk with him/her.
