I came across a case today in which the insured was approved for pref with TA and all questions on app were correctly checked no. But the client was on several meds that were not referenced any place on the app. (Nothing really serious just some HBP meds, a statin and a pain killer) Not even on the supplemental form. face was only 10k. Doesn't TA do a rx check? Or was it probably left off because none of the Rxs were connected to questions on the app since all answers were correctly marked "no".

Transamerica is not a company that goes off what the agent checks on the application. They run MIB and RX checks, so if the agent checked NO to something and it showed up on the reports, the application would not be approved.

Leaving the supplement form blank is not "clean sheeting" since it is an optional form. Agents use that form when there is a med that needs to be explained...

Example:

Nitro Pill - insured has been prescribed this medication for 11 years but does not ever have to take it. It is only for an emergency. Client does NOT have Congestive Heart Failure.
