It's the discounted rate, not a flat fee or copay. Every urgent care will have a different contracted rate, and zip code matters too. Scottsdale will be more expensive than Peoria for example.
And, what Ann said, better to go towards the deductible, then have it 100% covered after. Plus, with the HSA, the $75 is tax deductible, making it an even lower after tax cost.
