United Paying "as Earned" on MA Contracts?

My upline informed me that UHC will not pay the up-front $200 for MA contracts, but will instead pay on a "as earned" basis, meaning $16.66/mo for up to 10 years. Has anyone else heard this? It seems to me to be an awfully long time to wait to get paid.

Get a new upline.

The latest contract addendums just came out a few days ago.
The RENEWALS after the first year are paid as earned.
The initial sale will be paid upfront.

Curiously...they will pay renewals on MA's without ;you re-certifying.

We just had a mtg this past week and that was brought up. I almost fell out of my chair, esp since we discussed this on another thread. And another co, CIP, verified they would not pay renewals w/o annual certification.
