i'm numb to data breaches at this point. they happen almost on a daily basis at this point.
Chances are her personal info was already leaked in one of the 40 other data breaches that happened this year.

Just advice her to freeze her credit, and/or get some credit monitoring service.

As a P&C agent, if your clients decide to shop, they are going to pay more as no credit can be pulled (to provide the best rate)when you freeze your credit
