The agent needs to individually first set it up first so all they have to do is log in.

If you haven't established a user name and password then you can't log in.

Do you still have a license? That might be the problem.

For some reason I cannot figure out how to do the E app for United of Omaha. I sent the initial email and after that all I can do is a client or lead search. Can anyone help?

Call Mutual of Omaha, and ask them to reset it for you.

Mutual fixed the problem in about 5 minutes. You have to be at agent level to use the E-app system.
