Vacant express has decent options.

Thanks for your input! Vacant express won't do liability with a pool....Lloyd's is very expensive. I didn't try Scottsdale or Lexington. Foremost won't write liability either. Turns our American Modern won. THANK YOU FOR THE HELP!

Interesting. What State was this again? Always better off staying away from Surplus when possible. Glad you were able to secure coverage.
