Vacation Rental in CA

Does anyone know of a carrier in CA that will write a vacation rental with a pool and include liability? Foremost is my goto for vacation rentals but won't do it with the pool.

I see Arrowhead is ok calling it a seasonal home as long as it's not rented more than 50% of the time.

What do the rest of you do for vacation rentals?

My wholesaler told me that Foremost wouldn't do Vacation rentals, nor would Arrowhead. I really gotto ween myself from these guys and fast cause it seems they don't know the product and since they're the only go between I can't get around them to get what I need done.

They're right about Foremost but an Arrowhead rep told me directly that part time rentals are ok. It's on the product literature too.

Thanks for the offer OCInsurance, we've got an appointment with JE Brown so I'll give them a shot.

JCK818, I know Safeco is good for long term rentals but I am fairly certain I read in their product guide that vacation rentals do not qualify.

Looks like it's going to be American Modern and Arrowhead for future risks.
