But, pay attention to minute #19 where Karen Pollitz, director of Office of Consumer Support talks about the roll out of grants to states to set up the ombudsmen program. The rest of it will make you even more frustrated, as not one person asked about the agent. All they talked about is how healthcare.gov will have 8000 insurance options, all in a standardized format, so any *** can figure out which plan is best for them. Yeah... right
