I'm confused, you are here on a b1/b2 visa without any money? You are here for work.

Talk to your employer and see if they can pay the bill for you for now. They sent you here, getting sick on international trips is a normal thing, there should have been some thought put into this by your employer.

Take the advice of all the agents who told you to get on a payment plan. Call the payment phone number on your invoice. Tell them you cannot afford to pay your bill in full and you would like to set up a payment plan to pay it off.
I've had to do this many times when I did not qualify for insurance at any price due to a pre-existing health issue.
Most places will work with you. Hope it works out.
