If you want to be success selling voluntary benefits do not have the meeting with the health insurance renewal.

All of you would be power brokers take my advice on this.

I have a nice group that decided to put voluntary benefits in place but forced me to present with the health renewal.

Went from 60% enrollment to 25%. :1mad:
 
No to be mean, but, DUH!

It was not up to me.
The controller set up a meeting for the V. product and then they when I get there they drop on me we are going to do the health renewal too. This was 2 weeks after the health insurance renewal date.

I have never had this happen to me before.
