Needing some help with a risk. Currently in state pool with a mod of over 1.5 I'm working to get it out of state pool and placed with Berkley Net for now. Once the work mod comes down a bit, I'd like to try and find some admitted carriers that may take on something like this. Non-skilled care, no Alzheimer unit. Essentially a long-term hotel for the elderly with built in room service. I tried FirstComp, but the lifting claim has permanently killed that option. Anyone else have some recommendations? I've got brokers that will write it, but would like to avoid if possible.
