Anyone on here running into WSL much while doing FE? Their rates seem to be ridiculously low...I didn't see policy, but clients say it's whole life. 58 yr old tobacco, male...$10k for $35/month

I don't run into them often but I love it when I do. They are LH/Bankers Life/Old American high.

That person either doesn't know what he has or it is many, many years old.

You need to see the policy.

Well the Lafayette Life Heritage plan (Non-Med Par) or Protector (FE) would be $45/mo which is a subsidiary of W&S.

Now the question is how long have they had the policy W&S would not be that much lower the Lafayette. The issue age would be about age 51 with Lafayette to get $35/mo.

Just canceled old wsl policy for $5k that he had for 30+ yrs and bought brand new $10k policy with wsl just a few days ago

I'll go back to him to sell him dental in couple weeks...will look at policy then

I used to worked for them a while back...They have quite a few WL products. 20 pay life, WL with dividends, WL w/o dividends, and GI WL with a 2yr ROP....Depending on age and amount, some of their products are can be Non-Med. For the most part they do underwrite. They have good products just the way they treat their agents and management staff is a different story.

I just resigned from W&S, their WL rates aren't terribly bad, but everything is underwritten and takes a while to get issued. Their smokers rates are horrible though, many cases it doubles the premium.
