What Base Did You Start At?

The other splits will be discussed at the 2nd interview, which is coming up soon. Starting out from scratch I think is tough still today. That's why I will only accept an offer with a base.

it is tough to start from scratch as an owner or producer. If you can get the 24 and splits are comfortable, all is good and you will have to be a darn good producer. I honestly pay my producers a small base much lower than 24k to help buy gas and milk basically. Then I pay high commision splits so they have ownership so to speak. Over the years I had too many with a good base not produce.
