I've not been here for a long time... and just thought I'd check to see what is new on this board. Looks like there is a new admin/owner? What happened to the previous guy who actually started this forum many years ago? I forget his name.

Well, I recently launched my new company that also includes Paramedical exam services direct from the agent. Rather then wonder who's completing your exams, you can contact me directly and have me perform the exam for your clients. The exams still get uploaded through APPS or ExamOne, and the only difference is that the agents know who I am, they know my experience level, they know my customer satisfaction rate, rather than wondering who it is that's being sent to handle their clients. Their clients typically get scheduled quicker, exams performed faster, and policies concluded sooner. If I were an agent, I would definitely want to know who is going to my clients homes lol! I would want to know that they absolutely positively know what they're doing, and that they are good at it to avoid any potential delays in finalizing the policy.
