If someone was local training you is 70% too low or is that fair?

I would atleast ask for 80 to 90...They will still make 20-30% over rides...Don't walk into a situation blindly

It depends on what you bring to the table. It could be a good deal, it could be a terrible deal.

If I were to recruit and train agents I would srat them out at 80%. 85% tops.

I would move them up quickly if they showed they could do the work.

I started in this business at 65%. That was more than I brought to the table. They earned their over rides on me as I was a question asker about everything.

I use a fraternal for most of my life business. Amazing rates, but street level is 70%.
Still, best thing I can do for my clients.

It's about making yourself money at the end of the day.

70% is a great way to go broke so you can't help anyone out over the long-run.
