I have a call center and we generate auto insurance leads. What would you say is the best information to have on there that current lead vendors don't put on there leads?

Any other details about making real-time leads better would help too.

It isn't lack of information that makes purchased leads lousy, its lack of quality.

to answer your question, I would ask "how many residents in your household are over the age of 15?".

I don't buy leads, so they may ask that already. But if they don't, they need to. It prevents a lot of headaches down the road.

I would say the source of the lead is one of the most important pieces of information usually left out. If they generated it from a search engine the which keywords? If from a website, then which website, who was the referrer? Things like that. Usually as long as the leads are not resold over and over they would have a source, otherwise their source would not match up to where you are buying from.
