That sounds like something a blind man would do. When you're around a blind man, you have to be careful where you're standing when they start "feeling" around.

reminds me of when the blind man walked into a Walmart with his seeing eye dog. It was on a leash and he started swinging it around in circles. A clerk ran up to him and asked, Can I help you?

to which he replied
