Nice article.
Not new information but more of a refresher. I found myself thinking that I need to start doing that again.
I have been doing this for a long time and sometimes, many times, it is just routine.

I felt the same thing while reading it. Sometimes we stray from truths we know without even realizing it. It’s helpful to be reminded every now and then so we can make course corrections.

I don't know. I did some fence repairs last week. Not sure if it was digging the post holes or the 50# bags of cement but I found some new aches.
