Yeah and going through those motions you do not use the same muscles you use digging fence posts..I don't know. I did some fence repairs last week. Not sure if it was digging the post holes or the 50# bags of cement but I found some new aches.
Those of us that have done this a while run the risk of just going through the motions I think.
