What prospects want to know about agents before they buy

but I've about come to the conclusion that if people like the way you sound, they'll give you the keys to their house.

It is amazing how much information we get from people we have never met.

I recently had a conversation with a client where she was telling me that she never gives callers any information. I was looking at her file. I have all of her info including her employer, SSN, her meds and DR's info, and a copy of her DL. However, I also had info on her kids and grandkids including addresses, employers, SSNs, and DOB. Oh, and her dogs' names.

I, of course, told her that was great and to just tell all those scammy insurance callers to stop calling and hang up. :1biggrin:
