Well i have a call center to generate leads by calling prospects and getting their information,
I was wonder what is the best script to be used when we talk with leads , so that we cover all criteria agents looking for ,
Here i will list some of what we make sure to cover right now , and please share your thoughts to know what else we could do:
1- permission from lead to receive quotes to email,phone,mail
2- Willingness to receive insurance quotes
3- willingness of lead to switch provider if he/she got better quote that may save her extra money
4- personal data
5- Property info i.e (Auto Model , Maker , Year of make , current value , milage , security , where to park , what primary use , preferred coverage level , comprehensive deductibles , collission deductable , credit rating , driving license statues , sr-22 , current insurer , etc) , (life and health weight , heaight , historical medical report , etc)
thats what we currntly doing...
so any advises to enhance our services
