What Will Happen to the Homeless??

Is the IRS gonna round them up for now paying for health insurance?? So does that mean they are exempt?? Rebellion is in the streets (as George Carlin would say, "Arm the Homeless") and the Sleeping Giant that is the American people will be roused...

Apparently with the Democrats while an attack on the unborn may seem relentless and corrupt to some through the public funding of abortions, the dem's attack on children does not stop there;

from Reuters this morning;

"The rejected Republican amendments included proposals to deny erectile dysfunction drugs to sex offenders.......etc. etc.

The Senate's approval of even one of the amendments also would have sent the entire package back to the House, and Democratic senators had vowed to prevent that."

Nothing more than yesterday's cow dung...

Sometimes I think we just just sweep all laws off the books and start over. Constitutional Congress anyone? The New (and Improved) United States of America?

Not necessary. Simply begin pushing our state legislators to earn their keep, each of whom we can easily arrange to meet one on one, and persuade them to begin exerting our state's rights, which are constitutionally limited only by those few rights explicit set aside to the federal govt.

"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

So tell me anyone why are we letting our state govt's slowly abdicate our authority and rights to a federal authority whose powers are explicit stated and limited by the constitution?

precisely correct!!

Since they do not file taxes, they can't get caught. Unless they are checked when they are given a free lunch and boarded busses to go vote perhaps?

The 17th amendment is why.
