What would Jd do?

I had another crazy one today. Phone sales guy told my client he was with the state and they were going to start providing her life insurance now. It was $20/mo more but the value was in it being taken care of by the state.

Of course he now denies that he said any of that. But his greeting on his phone says "state benefits department".

He's got some 'splainin to do!:arghh:

Starting with not doing a replacement form.
 
I just had a telesales agent tell my client that I had retired and left the business, and he would be her agent going forward (of course he has a new policy with better benefits, right?).

No problem, though. She didn't buy it, and called me as soon as she got off the phone with him.
