What's Up with Mutual/United of Omaha

I know Mutual/United of Omaha is busy but they haven't updated any of my cases in about a week. Everything's just sitting there pending. I've got a few cases going on 3 weeks pending and their OE due to being 65 and GI for Plan N. Why take 3 weeks to issue it!

Anyone else having this problem?

They took about 6 days to enter a med-supp app. I had faxed to them last Wednesday. I called them the other day. They're running behind entering faxed apps by about 5 business days.

And for most of us that use MOO for supps... you're basically telling us water is wet.
