Where Are New Medsups in Florida?

Does anyone have any idea when Florida DOI may approve
the new paper work and rates for filed carriers? Gerber, GPM etc have been pending since 09 and it's way past June 1st?
Florida needs some price competition.

Gerber's Med Supp is available this coming Thursday, August 19.
The applications and rates will be on their website.
