Target, Walmart, Chili's or Deco stores for women. Neither of those have fees. Or a thank you card with cold hard cash also works great too.

Bjs offers gifts for like a $ off. $25 card for like $23 to all kinds of places.

Why not buy a bunch from the store? Kroger sells them for a number of stores and restaurants. As far as I know, the price is just the value of the card.

Publix here in Florida has 'em too probably from 50 different places - everything from Ruth's Chris to Bass Pro Shops. No additional charge from the value of the card.

Some (like me) don't care too much for Wal*Mart.
