They're all different. This might sound like a cheap answer, but the best thing to do would be to talk to each and see what they can offer you. I personally know the first two and would strongly recommend both. The reality is that from what I understand they both offer different things.

What are you looking for? Support to call up with underwriting questions? Guaranteed leads? Top contracts? Guaranteed release? Best carrier selection? There are any number of different reasons an IMO could be considered "the best", it really comes down to what you value.

Maybe Scott and/or Brad could go over some of the differences between them and why an agent would pick one over the other?

It really just comes down to choose one and run with it. You can do fine with any of us.

Our big draw is our Friday calls where you have mentoring from agents that have been successful selling FE year after year. Our agents (new as well as highly experienced) get a lot of benefit from those calls.

Commissions are going to be at the highest level with FEX and/or 360. I would also throw Todd King into that mix.

Releases are no issue with any of these. We all grant releases if an agent wants to leave.

Find one you trust and can see yourself working with for a long time. That probably means not just shopping commissions.

I'm really not just shopping commissions, I want to know who is the best all around as far as what do they offer in regards to leads, training, commission, carriers offered, do any offer pay per lead VS doing your own mail drop? Ect.

There is no such thing as a "best all around".

Of the ones you mentioned only EFES has a subsidized lead program.

I place one or two carrier contracts with different IMO's and see who delivers on their marketing promises. The one who then get's all my biz.
