Maybe American National Value Lock-10.
Im not sure if it has ROP but its close on everything else I think.

The value lock product does not have a ROP that I know about. The only American National product that I am familiar with having a ROP is their 6 year performance triggered annuity.

It was indeed ANICO. While they listed all those features, I don't think they are all on the same product. The 10% in on the Value lock-10, but the ROP may be on a different product like the 6.

Their phone wasn't ring enough so they just make up a product. Classic....
