Why don't we (Brokers/Agents) Have a Union?

Honest question. Are there other unionized positions where the individual is a self employed person who gets to represent as many companies as they want, own as many other businesses as they want, employ who they want, hire sub producers they want, are possibly an LLC or S corp or Incorporated?

I honestly dont know if there is anything like that. Better chance of carrier corporate headquarters employees being able to organize before self employed. Especially for us "work when or if i want to" self employed & no strings attached agents/agencies
