I agree certain questions seem overly invasive, but there's so many changes in Medicare each year and you have to be recorded asking them! It was more fun when there were less disclosures and much less time spent re-capturing and re-enrolling your hard-earned clients from renigade call-center agents or involuntary disenrollments d/t plans dropping out of the State, etc. I wouldn't be surprised if CMS figures out a way to limit future commissions to save Medicare from dying out.
It's coming to Humana (already on paper apps). CMS actually pushed the requirement out to 4/1/25, but obviously some carriers updated their systems earlier based on the original launch for enrollments starting 1/1.
