I would suggest Broker Resources. They're out of Oak Creek but I believe they have products throughout the state.

JSA in Green Bay offers Anthem WPS & Arise. JMS Brokerage in Appleton offers UHC, Anthem WPS, Arise & Humana.

Why go through JSA or Brokers Resource? Why not just go direct to WPS, United, Humana, Anthem to get your own group quotes and you the agent of record get the full cut?
