I can't say about HTML mistakes, but it is easy to see why you are not getting a good Google rank.

You would be wise to spend some time on keyword research for your area and rework your content. Spell check would be another area to review.

Your landing page reads like War and Peace. There is nothing there to entice visitors to spend time on your site and move forward.

Probably true.. And the reason for the wierdness with the wording was to try to trick the keyword density.. i almost assumed the order of the words didnt necessarily matter to the search engine

Would also help if i wasnt a dumbass that misspelled supplement

I'm working on it.. to say the least. I just don't see the value of necessarily hiring someone to do it because, frankly, I don't want it to look so polished that people view it as just another mass produced website

If you want to find HTML errors you can use this free HTML markup validator. HTML errors aren't everything, but it is better to have fewer errors.

More important than valid HTML is the way your website looks in the different browsers such as Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari. Currently the most important one is (this is a recycled tip from dmiller90) IE 6.

You never know when a misspelling is intentional. He could have done some research and found a great long-tail keyword. I purposely use some misspellings, but I hide mine better.

I agree. There is no clear call to action.

Strangely, all the markup errors were because I added a blog link, the errors were inside the link itself.

It was clean last night.

Errors are 100% fixed again, literally problem was I copied pasted someones news widget and their markup was wrong.

Frankly, Alston and Somarco, I see exactly what you're saying just by looking at your site. Mine sort of reads like an english lit assignment, yours reads more like a magazine with multiple entry points. Your setup is smarter, I'm fixing to use it as a model to rewrite my page.

Its sad you'd think since I had 7 english courses in college I would be smarter than to write something as boring as I did for a landing page. I frankly didn't think about it, I was trying to establish some sort of legitimacy which in essence is saying that I was illegitimate. My brain just gravitates toward disproving my weaknesses rather than giving people what they were looking for I suppose.

I should be focused on exciting a customer on the main page. It made perfect sense when I looked at your site as to why I had a huge bounce rate. I think it's been averaging 90%.

Its sad what you can figure out just by looking at someone doing something the right way. I basically went and changed my main page content (working through the rest of the site slowly) to be similar to yours and chumps' now. Rewriting the whole site looks annoying, I just hadn't realized it was so important.

Traffic Travis now thinks my main page is SEOlicious for all the keyword phrases I wanted incorporated.

I wouldn't put a lot of stock in Travis if I were you . . .

Do a search on this forum. You might find some interesting comments from folks who know a lot about SEO.

Im afraid now I may have to hire someone that knows what they're doing when I have some spare cash laying around.
