I guess if i work with them... the commission are the same if i were to go direct with the carrier or through them... but they keep things organized and i get support... is that right?

Word and Brown is a terrific GA. Very professional and I have yet to find one of their employees that did not bend over backwards to help.

They have excellent service in southern CA, but they are pretty much a non-entity here in the northern part of the state.... no competition for BenefitMall, LISI, or Rogers. They have an office in San Jose, but no major presence in the valley or north.
