Worked for Any of These Insurers?

Good day... I work for a major insurer. I have been given the task of researching various recruitment strategies.

I'm looking to find agents who are working or have worked with any of the following insurers. Specifically I'd like to know how you found out about them and how they courted you into applying.

Despite all the data I have on recruitment strategies and retention rates, I value the oppinions of agents in these forum more, as it's coming straight from the horses mouth so to speak.

If you have any specific experiences that you'd like to comment on with regards to recruitment please let me know....

Im thinking of MetLife. Might look for a registered rep from their office, I also have some questions about their policies.

Aflac, simple, they recruit anyone licensed or not. Not to mention they leave out the info about their laptops, until you get appointed with them

That pretty much sums it up. I knew I was leaving as soon as I got my full resident license,so I bummed one off the dsc.

I worked for AFLAC. Now I work for my self and I offer AFLAC but it isn't my only product.

I like some of there policies. And you don't have to buy their laptop you can write the business on paper and mail them in. You just get paid faster if you use SNG on their laptop.
