    You can get homeowners data free you know.....

    Homeownersdata.com is very reputable and has been around for more than 35 years. I used them in the early 1980s and was happy with them. The only drawback is they require a 1-yr contract so you better be committed or it will cost you a small fortune.

    As for free data...good luck. I'm in L.A. County and you can't buy a list from them. Tried twice. Went in person to the assessor's office. List companies have people there copying records for resale. If someone knows how to get these for free, I'm all ears.
