Age 68, male, 10K AL is 103.19 on FEX Quotes.
The UNL software shows the same but it does not have AL as an approved state so it must have been added in the last couple of years.

He said the guy was 67. That's where the difference is coming from.
Said 68 twice in the first post.. However, I tried to download AL forms on the website and nothing came up, so I am not sure if the Provider is approved htere or not.

I think that was a different guy. The 68 year old had a heart attack and stents. The 67 year old had a bypass.
No the same guy but shooter "updated" the info to 67 and bypasses last year..
