Does anyone know Mrs. Stastny?


I bought YIO almost 2 years ago. First for my Desktop them for my 2 laptops. I had a virus and it wiped out my laptop then my desktop.

Mrs Stastny responded quickly the first time. The second time she took a week then gave me a new key and asked if this was a new machine. The code she gave was wrong. I haven't received a reply in 6 days.

Any ideas?
