My Yio crm is giving me issues and since there is no support. I am looking at another CRM good for med Supps.

Has any one used Ritters CRM?

Is radiusbob worth the cost per month?

Any one use Hopper CRM/dialer

I would go with one not tied to an FMO. Nothing against Ritter but I wouldn't put all my clients into their system or anyone else that is in the insurance business. I'm debating on whether to make the jump to Radius or not. The experience is much different than YIO and seemed hard to get use to but I have to do something sooner or later.

I can not speak for Med Supps. I like Radius for Life Insurance and as a general CRM. They also are very good at adding new features that are requested. I would guess they would be pretty receptive to Medd Supp agents request.

I have no desire or the knowledge to customize or maintain a CRM and I will not put my clients on an agents system.

Clu?

I use YIO too.

I'm looking really close at Radius as something I need to do sooner rather then later. It's going to be a rough change, the programs are so much different. I really like how YIO is set up, it's perfect for Med supp agents in my opinion, I need to move on with the times though and get out before it breaks just like yours has.

I wouldn't use ritter.

They did convert my YIO base to Radius but there was something that it was missing and I don't remember what it was. That was months ago though.

I believe it was the comments section. In a recent post Greensky says that they have found out how to move even the comments section as well.

While Radius is still working on an automatic way to move everything including the notes field, he can do it manually.

This seems to be a more than reasonable alternative to YIO without having to start from scratch.
