150k a Year ?

There is no such thing as a B leads unless you are redistributing aged leads to sub agents.

For your purposes the only important factor is whether the lead is new or old.

For crying out loud. If you worked anywhere close to 90 leads a week for more than a few weeks by yourself, your freaking phone would be ringing off the hook. You couldn't possibly keep up, unless you had some really crappy leads or clients. No wait, You would be in the emergency room with an anxiety attack.

When I lived in Virginia Beach I was hired by some HMO that I can't remember the name of now. They paid us a 30k base salary and a bonus. But they made us work for it too. We worked 12 hour days 6 days a week. At a minimum you had to make 1000 dials a week, plus set 16 appointments. You couldn't even stop to take a break without the manager looking right over your shoulder. They bragged about how the owner fired his own son or brother, I can't remember which. It was a very high pressure job. So it is possible to work more than 90 leads a week, but it sure sucked.

I'll bet you probably made them a lot of money too.

Yes, I probably made them 150k but not me. That's the reason I can never work for anyone again. I've made a lot of people rich in the insurance business. I mean really what do most companies have to offer you? A desk, phone, your own project 100 list, maybe some worn out leads and a client base that had been prospected by the last 12 agents before you. Usually you're working for half commission with maybe a small base salary you can't live on. If you don't hit the numbers they'll fire you anyway. So I don't see any job security in it.
