Same thing with me. I have made it through module 4. I do my Ahip through Aetna. Ive changed my password 3 times thus far, and spent more time on the phone with broker support then taking the course Im calling Ahip tomorrow
I took the AHIP training last week with no issues. Had to call UHC because I couldn't figure out how to transfer AHIP. The rep walked me through it and said everyone is having difficulty. Florida Blue is confusing too. Haven't tried Humana yet.
