Thanks. Not the answer I was hoping for but pretty much what I expected as I thought it through. Only issue is, that is a crap policy that can cost them a helluva lot of $$$ if their health changes.

Forget all that mumbo jumbo and look at the network he's got....it's second to none.

Let me be sure I've got this straight. If you max out ANY limit, it creates an SEP???

Group plan, 20 visit PT limit maxed out...you can go on/off exchange and get an Indy at anytime?

What if you are on an Bcbstx Indy plan, use up all your home health? Does it create an SEP and you can move to Aetna?
