26 Year Old With A Felony DUI?

Im looking for help! is there a carrier that will cover a 26 year old male whose had several DUIs? Im thinking a GI policy is my only option here. hes extremely healthy, just likes to drink and drive too much!!

Pretty sure settlers doesn't ask. LH doesn't ask. I'm sure there's more and he wouldn't have to go GI.
