There is no such thing in most states that will ask no questions at that age.

I don't know how Lincoln Heritage's premiums on a modified policy compare, but Monumental Life will write from 18-80 on Easy Solution (ROP plus 10% years 1 and 2) up to $25,000.

If my insurance maths are correct, I'm getting $83.79 per month for 25k ($37.75 per $1,000 plus $42 fee with a 0.085 EFT modal factor).
