Dude says 20% of new agents make it after the 1st year. Someone really has to want to be anchored to a desk,phone,computer all day long to be in that 2 out of ten who make it.

I'm sure. I don't play. I have a few times but to damn hard to get the little ball into the little hole. and as the day goes it is hard to find enough trees to pee behind.

It's personal preference. I've been in telesales for years working in an office setting. I will never go back to f2f.
The real number of agents who probably don't last after a year is probably less than 10%…

Yes, I'm referring to Final Expense Direct.
No, we COULD have a $22 web inbound lead with no buffer, but that creates a lot of negativity when almost half of these calls don't last a minute. So we added a buffer so agents are only paying for interested prospects.

How does the buffer work?
I'm not tracking how that weeds out prospects that aren't interested.
