Dude says 20% of new agents make it after the 1st year. Someone really has to want to be anchored to a desk,phone,computer all day long to be in that 2 out of ten who make it.

It's personal preference. I've been in telesales for years working in an office setting. I will never go back to f2f.

The real number of agents who probably don't last after a year is probably less than 10%…

Also - you now have a $22 web inbound lead but with no buffer?
Yes, I'm referring to Final Expense Direct.

No, we COULD have a $22 web inbound lead with no buffer, but that creates a lot of negativity when almost half of these calls don't last a minute. So we added a buffer so agents are only paying for interested prospects.
